Krissy Matthews is a young musician based around Oxford. He is currently touring the UK and parts of Europe.

I had designed and built his previous website, but then in November we both decided it could do with an update.

As Krissy had wanted a blog, to build the site I needed to use my knowledge of WordPress and PHP. I wanted to incorporate WordPress into the website so it was seamless and looked all part of the same website.

Tantrum were a band to which I belonged to, however recently we have split up. We were relatively successful, although not successful enough evidently. The other two members are starting a new project, and you can expect their new website to be up soon.

This was one of the very first websites I designed and built and has only had a few alterations since it went live in 2008.

Tumblr Theme

Design & Build

As a relative newcomer to Tumblr, I decided to test my abilities to design and build a theme. Which is exactly what I did.

I used hand drawn elements to add a bit of individuality and a personal touch to the design. I also used it to test some of the things I had recently learned. And basically, it was just a bit of fun.
